Custom projects may require a deposit before production begins.
Revision & refund policy
Revision Policy
- Revisions are included as stated for the package you selected.
- Revision requests should be sent together, not in separate rounds.
- Changes to the agreed script, concept or direction after production has started are treated as new work and may be quoted separately.
- Additional revisions beyond the package may be available at an extra charge.
Refund Policy
- Work that has already been produced or is in production is not refundable.
- If production has not started, an order may be cancelled and any unused balance discussed with our team.
- Free videos included in a package hold no separate cash value and are not refundable.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on work completed.
