Services

DFY.AIVILLAGE provides done for-you AI services including AI UGC video production, website builds, automations and custom AI projects.

The exact scope of any engagement is what is agreed in writing before production starts.

Work begins after a package or project scope is selected and the required brief information has been submitted.

Incomplete or unclear brief information may delay production until it is provided.

Prices listed on this site apply to the packages described. Custom projects are quoted individually.

Custom projects may require a deposit before production begins.

Monthly UGC packages are billed per cycle and free videos included in a package apply within that cycle.

Delivery timelines are agreed per project and depend on scope, brief completeness and client responsiveness.

Faster delivery may be available at an additional charge where capacity allows.

Revisions are provided as stated in the revision policy for the selected package.

Requests that change the agreed direction, script or scope are treated as new work and may be quoted separately.

Refunds are handled as stated in the refund policy on this site.

Work already produced or in production is not refundable.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product information, claims and any materials they supply.

Clients confirm they have the right to use any brand assets, images, audio or footage they provide.

On full payment, the client may use the delivered assets for their own marketing.

DFY.AIVILLAGE may reference completed work as part of its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Projects may involve third-party platforms and AI tools. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control.

Services are provided on a best effort professional basis. We do not guarantee sales, reach, rankings or any commercial outcome.
